Inspiration through generations
Project Kindred is lucky to have supporters like you throughout our community. Our Board members are dedicated to growing Project Kindred, investing in our community, and making real change. Because of the work that they do, it’s rare for our Board to have the opportunity to interact with our young people. During our Kindred Kickoff in December, one of our board members volunteered his Saturday to spend time with our participants.
This particular board member jumped right in to help with our morning “adventure”, and stayed beyond his committed time just to jump into a game of four-square before lunch. It is inspiring to see our board members and volunteers go above and beyond for our young people. Their gift of time helps our young people see more great examples of inspiring leadership.
This kind of fun and interactive relationship-building is instrumental in our development as a community, and it’s thanks to our generous supporters who continue to build us up each and every day. Because of your encouragement, our community continues to flourish.
